Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Our team will guide you through the next steps and confirm your eligibility for a return.

Once approved, you may choose one of the following return methods:

• In-store drop-off: Bring the item to our store during business hours.

• Scheduled pickup: We can arrange for our team to visit your location and retrieve the item.
